Yes! Our courses are open to everyone. Just register, choose your course, complete the transaction and you’re ready to go. Our courses provide you with practical skills to apply in real-life scenarios.

Nope. You will get a certificate of completion at the end of your course with quizzes as you go, but there are no formal examination or accredited courses on LectureMe…only certified expert content creators who share their wisdom, experience and knowledge in a way which benefits you, and is cost and time effective.

  1. Simply click on the “Login/Register” tab on the home screen and fill in the required information and choose your password.
  2. Once you’re registered, head over to the “Courses” tab where you can browse through our courses.
  3. When you’ve decided which one you will be taking first, simply click on the “Learn More” button.
  4. Next you will be shown the course outline to make sure it’s the course you want to enroll in.
  5. Next step is to click on the “Take this course” button.
  6. You will then be taken to a page where the amount is confirmed and you can click on the “Add to cart” button.
  7. At the top of the page you can now click on “View cart” to see the course in your cart or you can simply click on the trolley at the top of the page to view what you are about to purchase.
  8. In your Cart you will see the course and total payable. Now its time to click on the “Proceed to checkout” if you are happy to proceed.
  9. On the Checkout page you will be asked to insert you “Billing details”, check the “I’ve read and agree to the website terms and conditions” button and then finally click on the “Place order” button.
  10. You should then automatically be taken to a Payfast secure transaction page where you can conclude your payment for the course.
  11. Once the payment was successful you will automatically be taken back to LectureMe’s website where you can click on the “View Profile/Begin Your Course” to start your course.

No problem. We offer a 30 day money back on any course purchased where 25% or less of the course has been completed. We can credit your account for a future purchase in the form of a discount coupon or we will give you your money back, whichever option you prefer. Please read our refund policy in our Terms for further details.

Simply click on the Subscriptions tab on the homepage, browse our subscription-based offerings, choose which subscription you want and follow the same checkout steps as with any other course. You will pay pro-rata for the rest of the month and from the following month the subscription amount will be deducted from your account on the 1st.

All our courses are built in the form of interactive videos with quizzes to complete afterwards. You would need the following to do a course:

  1. A computer/laptop/smart device/tablet on which you can play the content on and interact with in-video quizzes.
  2. You will need a stable internet connection as none of our courses are downloadable and you must be logged in to your account to be able to watch videos and do quizzes. Our videos are tailor-made for your specific internet connection speed, so the quality will adapt to your available bandwidth.
  3. You will need a working email account where you can receive reports, discounts and other important information.

All our courses are priced according to specific criteria. You will find the price and course outline when you click on the course in “Courses” tab, which will give you all the info you will need.

All courses need to be paid upfront in full before commencement. After payment has been made, your course will be available immediately in your profile.

We use Payfast, which is a trusted, proudly South African payment platform, for all our transactional needs. When diverted to Payfast you will be able to make payment in one of the following ways:

  1. Credit card (Visa)
  2. Debit card (Visa/Maestro)
  3. ApplePay
  4. Mobicred
  5. SamsungPay
  6. QR Code Apps
  7. Store Card
  8. Zapper

Yes, you can watch the content on your profile as many times as you wish.

Through our payment gateway (Payfast) we can accept many forms of payments for once off course payments. Unfortunately a subscription is a recurring invoice so we can only accept card payments for that.

Simply go to your profile on the website. On the profile you will see a dashboard with one of the options being “subscriptions”. Clicking on “subscriptions” will take you to all your current active subscriptions. On that page you will see an option to “cancel” your subscription. Simply click on the “cancel” button and you are removed instantly. If you struggle with the steps just explained you are welcome to send us a mail to: info@lectureme.co.za and we will be glad to assist. Please also send a mail to info@lectureme.co.za with the details you used to register on LectureMe if you want to claim your money back. We will start processing your request right away.

There could be a few reasons for this. The two most common ones are: 1. The phone number you used when you created your profile might be wrong. Please check and drop us a mail so that we can adjust on our side. 2. We send out messages as a broadcast and for you to receive the message you need to have our number stored on your phone. Make sure this is done and you should receive your lesson and lesson links with the next cycle. The number you should store is: 068 604 9693
